Approve a new team device

1. Prepare
Check that you have permission to change this workspace and enough free space at the destination. Keep the current version available until you have verified the result.
2. Follow the task
An existing owner reviews the device fingerprint before granting access. Review the preview carefully. Names, dates and ownership should match the original project before you continue.
3. Verify
Open two or three restored files and check the activity record. For a large transfer, allow the integrity check to finish before removing the source.
If the result differs from the preview, stop and contact support. Include the time and device name, never your password.
