No. Content is encrypted on your device before upload.

What if I lose my recovery phrase?

We cannot recreate it. Team owners can approve a replacement device if that policy is enabled.

Can shared links be revoked?

Yes. Revocation takes effect immediately for future requests.

How do I close my account?

Export your data first, then use the account settings. The retention period and final deletion are shown before confirmation.

Do you offer support for migration?

Yes. Send the approximate size and folder structure through the contact page and we will suggest a safe sequence.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. A change takes effect at the next billing period and never deletes files automatically.
